BTC 4H Review. Head and Shoulders. UP?

Seems positive for me and actually I been waiting for 17 000 / accumulation zone break out. There was a chance that we can break down at 15 000, but buyers started making market volumes. Opened my long at 16 800 (there was also a local break out)

Goods:
+ 1D candle closed above 17 000
+ 17 000 accumulation zone break out
+ New local high
+ Possible Head and Shoulders pattern 4H
+ 1W RSI divergence (just an additional fact)

Bads:
- We can get back in accumulation zone 16 900 - 16 200

Targets:
18 000 (resistance) -> 20 000 (if resistance break out)
21 500 (if global resistance break out) -> 25 000 to 28 000.
