BANKNIFTY--GapUp or GapDown

Banknifty is trading in a Bearish channel,now price is exactly closing below the Bearish channel top side.
In the next session we have a chance of GapDown opening...
If opens up above the major resistance,then also will look for short side if closes below the Bearish channel.
Keep safe before going long,above the channel.
