This project is hated due to one of the founders dumping their bags on the market. Lately, however, there has been some strong accumulation and I suspect a new market cycle is underway. They've apparently finished their roadmap and are seeking out partners. Not sure how high this could go, but 10x is not out of the question, especially with a low starting market cap at $33 mil.
