XRPUSD Slow Climb

I am looking for XRPUSD to climb


The 14 EMA (Shown in Red) & 50 EMA (Shown in Light Blue) are looking to cross soon on the 4 Hr Chart

I expect a little resistance once price reaches the 200 EMA (Shown in Green) at the 38 line on the Fib retracement

I would like to see price continue to climb as shown on the proposed dashed line.

I am hoping to see price cap at 8000 before I make my next assessement unless something dramatic changes along the way
