The markets already shorted the news of Russia on the border, however new reports say that they moved back to base or something. Not sure what that means but the asset market feels like it's about to make a bounce toward trend, and alts are giving the same signal. Caution is in order though, and that's putting it lightly. It's safe to say you should probably start counting the cracks between the sidewalk for this next run up.
