Monero building a base after volatily

I believe the Monero is building a base after the recent volatility due to the Chinese government cracking down on Bitcoin. I believe that since we are simply grinding sideways, it shows that the market is becoming comfortable again, and that traders are trying to build up some type of position. A break above the $104 level has Monero going to the $120 level from what I can see.
