My rules for reversal- when you draw out fib(initial point-0, final point-100) i.e., from swing high to swing low, if the price closes above the 23.6 lvl, there is possibility of reversal, if the price breaks the corresponding resistance and retest it then reversal is confirmed. for additional confirmation you could see SMA 50, if you follow these rules, you will be noticing that price would be above the SMA and a possible head and shoulder pattern.
