Price strong downward momentum is attributed to the fact that Sept 2023 candle was about to close, and Price is currently unfolding a third wave of a ABC zigzag correction.
I won't advise buying until Price shows a rejections at 1800 - 1780 region which is where we have a demand zone and it also marks the 1.618 extension for the movement that started 2067.
