REPOST: USDCAD: POTENTIAL Bullish Cypher (Could be important lat

I had just posted about this bullish cypher in my most recent post on this pair (see Related Ideas) but since I kinda buries it inside the post, some might've have missed it. I wanted to post it here in a separate post because it MAY become a pretty important pattern should it fill in determining what might happen next after that.
