UKOil broke up 4 Yeras High

The price broke Up key level $80.47, it wasn't there since 2014.

Most of the time, when exchange rate broke such key levels, it moves far higher, because big players need a lot of efforts to break such levels. It needs a lot of volume. They do it for profit, that's why they will move it up.

Safe entry with little risk and High reword, we can open after pullback to $80.47. I will wait for fake broke of that key level. I use it because it gives to me a low, predictable risk and reword will be in 5 or more times bigger.

Forget about Short at this moment. We will able to open a Short if the price will break down $80 and D1 candle close under it.
