While I have a long core position in NEO, I'll be watching for this H&S top to play out for another entry long. So far, waiting for RSI confirmation and neckline break, but even the decline in volume during its formation is pointing to further consolidation. A 35% downward move would bring us to a previous resistance around 0.0065 and, depending on market conditions at that point, toward strong support around 0.005.
