As the structure plays out here we will best see the potential final targets but 11k to 12k definitely seems possible here. I would at least expect heavy divergence to build near the top and we are just on the first RSI push here, we are nearing a short term correction stage but any 3 wave correction is to be bought. Seems likely we run into the election as the outer economies(those outside the USA) fall into recession first the US seems likely to be the last to drop. Good luck out there!
