I have no idea what I am charting but it looks like the index is moving with the recent major events such as FED increasing rates finally, everyone is FOMO into buying a house and everyone and their grandmother are becoming real-estate agents haha. FED are supposedly cutting back on MBS purchasing also. With that said..
