JLS Trade: GBPCAD Short Target Zone 1.7700-1.6900-1.6100

GBPCAD is projected to move to downward to 1.6900 and pauses. The current estimated target zone by interest rate differential estimated to 1600 PIPs, at such and after pauses (stabilized), GBPCAD will resume to move to downward to the level of 1.6100 of her estimated lower ceiling of medium term target zone.

Only short trade is recommendable due to the pair is being moving from disequilbrium to equilibrium to look for two source of profits, the CAD apppreciation by the GBP plus interest rate differential rollover fees. For capital accumulation, short from interdays high to low interior monthly band/ceiling is recommendable.
