Hi traders,
Last week EU dropped very corrective. So I think the D-leg will be extended.
If this analysis is correct we could see an upmove next week.
But it's also possible that the correction down (wave E) becomes bigger to take the liquidity under the lows and we will see the big upmove after that.
Trade idea: Wait for a change in orderflow to bullish to trade longs after the finish of a correction down on a lower timeframe.
Or continue to trade (intraday) shorts when price drops under the previous low.
