Dollar is strong still while index's are making All time highs

So first of all the dollar strength while index's make ATH is strange to me I would be exercising caution right now.


Dollar holding strong still looking for it to break the pattern.
We lost the 8 ema but I'm undecided on this. its bullish until its not. seems strange dxy would be so strong while the index are at ATH... just saying
