DOT has been steadily climbing up but if we compare it to the previous bullish impulses, the current impulse looks weak and unconvincing. It could be possible that we may revisit the lows once again before we get a catalyst that pushes DOT up!
Right now we're looking at the $19 area where price has reacted before. If we stay above this level and the trendline, we could push up the major level $28.
