The pattern usually followed with a large up swing or trend higher after its second eve bottom. In this particular case the Adam & Eve pattern can also be considered as an ascending triangle pattern.
For the entry of this trade you should wait until the price breaks out on the upside of the pattern. After this happened the target could be targeted.

After reaching target 1 , we got a huge pullback which in fact caused a short-term trend reversal. Currently price is in a short-term and long-term downtrend again therefore target 2/final target is cancelled for a time being. This is why you always take profit !
