Is BTC near its bottom?

I've been emphasizing these trendlines for months. BTC was supported around the price that I mentioned in the previous post. Now I see 19k and 24k as two significant resistances; if BTC can break them with a good volume, then I'll be bullish. I guess 14k and 12k are very strong supports on the other hand. I'm also thinking about another pump and dump, from around 19k to around 14k. Anyway, there are obvious signals in the charts that show we are nearing the end of crypto winter...
