As shown by our analysis, BTCUSD is bouncing on the highlighted resistance zone implying a reduced intention to long the pair. Earlier we discussed that BTC would retest the zone and continue selling. It seems the pair is following our analysis and prediction.
On the 4hr time frame, an engulfing is being observed together with a confirmation bar thereby supporting our short idea.
If all goes well, we could be predicting the fall of BTCUSD down to 28200 area.
