BTC will reverse to the upside from 38k!
Look at 2013, and 2018. In September of both of these years bitcoin dumped down to 0.618 level which is at 38k this time. Same price target is obtained with this Wyckoff Distribution Pattern. There's a lot of confluence coming in!
