Price is below MA12 on the monthly. RSI oscillator wants to trend up in the coming month. Which means monthly RSI will trend up. We can either get above MA12 sooner than later or expect more sideways accumulation. End of Jan, mid February could be the start of the bull run if price decides to breakout. If not then April would be the next attempt.
