BANKNIFTY has formed a hammer candle i daily TF. Activation is above 36200. It can show some bullish momentum above this. Since few days its all about huge gap up/down opening. Here intraday data is more important to find trade setups.
Coming to the monthly expiry trade setup, we will long above 37180 if a 15 Min candle close above this. Above that candle high will be our entry. Targets will be 37300, 37400 and 37500.
An aggressive short trade can be done below 35890. 1st target will be 37750. Below 37750 target will be extended till 35500. Final target will be 35300.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
