AK Centered Moving average
The indicator plots a moving average with an option to plot an envelope x% apart.
While it is similar to the Bollinger band, where the envelope is formed with 2 standard deviations on either side, in this indicator we use % based calculations.
instead of plotting x standard deviation apart like the Bollinger band, plot x% apart.
