XRP Algorithms seem to signal a breakout

I've noticed these crazy candles on many of the different trading pairs. Some people say the nalgorithms are hunting for stops. That may well be the case; however, what I've noticed is that after the appearance of one of these big guys the price almost always (but not always) goes the opposite direction of the candle and then breaks up or down and travels the length of the candle and then some. If you add in supports, it looks like the algorithms shoot these candles to break support/resistance.

I don't know when XRP will breakout -- this candle just signals that it is likely to happen.
