Fundamental Analysis: Despite the dollar remaining close to its highest level since early August, uncertainty surrounding the U.S. presidential election and expectations of Israeli retaliation against Iran have fueled demand for safe-haven assets. The recent surge in gold prices has occurred amid a strengthening dollar and rising U.S. interest rates, with escalating tensions in the Middle East.
