We have been in an impulsive bearish move since Asian session. However, as price approaches the levels drawn it starts to range and gives off indecision. Through that, we wait.
Until the strong bullish candle as marked by blue dot, this candle broke and closed above all the ranging candles. signaling that buyers has taken control of the market to a certain extent. Through this alone however, is not enough for me to take the trade. I needed more confluences. The last piece to the puzzle was how the preceding candle made the lower wick first, then retraces to the upside.
Entering as it broke the high of previous candle.
