I have been closely monitoring the current bullish momentum of the XAU/USD currency pair. One of the key factors contributing to this trend is the ongoing weakness of the US dollar, which has been weakening due to economic concerns in the USA. Despite the US maintaining high interest rates, investors are increasingly turning to other safe-haven assets such as gold due to uncertainties in the US economy, such as the ongoing trade tensions and geopolitical risks. Additionally, the continued stimulus packages implemented by central banks worldwide, coupled with lower interest rates, have made gold an attractive asset for investors seeking a hedge against inflation. From a technical analysis standpoint, I have observed that the price has broken through key resistance levels and is displaying strong upward momentum.
