Levls + Target

-i only use levels for CL
-today if reverting to mean 45.78 long if supportive to 46.7 (or weaker bounce)
-if below 45.78 and test from below fail then not mean reversion and ultimate 43.18 target (multi day target)
-current price is 45.68 no trade
