USD/CHF-Daily overview
Hello everybody!
-On a daily chart, we can see that the price last week was moving in a bullish direction until Friday and then the price went down strongly bearish.
-On a lower time frame such as 4-hour time frame, we can see that during Friday the price was moving strongly bearish and last 4-hours of Friday we can see that the price closed in form of a small bullish candle and we can see that the price tested few times support line and then rejected.
-We can see that the price broke through 100 periods EMA on a daily chart so that may be a signal to sell and od 4-hour time frame 100 periods EMA is supporting the price and that may be signal to buy,... BUT it is not 100% accurate.
-On a daily base, USD is very weak while CHF is at some solid strong level, on a weekly base USD is still weaker than CHF.
-If USD remains weak and CHF strong we can expect further bearish movement and IF USD gains some power and CHF loses some power, we can expect bullish movement.
-WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS SETUP?
