USDCAD: COULD USDCAD CONTINUE TO FALL?
We saw the pair move to the downside following the loss of strength on the dollar. The CAD however has been gaining strength as the oil prices have been increasing and the OPEC+ have been discussing on issues involving oil. SO if we see the CAD economic figures continue to strengthen, we could see USDCAD break the zones of 1.24000 to the downside.
Let's see how it plays out.
TIP:
- Look for shorts after a clean break of 1.24000, to 1.2100 which is a significant zone of support.
- Watch for fundamental releases which could move the markets either direction. (Got ADP for the CAD) day which is a medium-impact fundamental releases but they are all confluences.
- Wait for bullish confirmation to the upside after a clean break of the 14th jan daily highs.
