USDCAD: can this be a clue for OIL?

In the week chart, we are expecting USDCAD will drop down to 1.137 around.
But this will take at least 4month to go.
In this chart, there are double certain that USDCAD cant make any higher than 1.35.
Redline and yellow channel both broke.
Can this be a clue to oil's movement?
