I have been making daily posts on Tesla for a while now. I post on here so my followers can not only make smarter trades resulting in higher profits, but also to help them learn. To be honest, I have only been ACTIVELY trading for about a year and a half. However, through the proper use of EWT (AND STOPS), I am able to navigate a market without fear. I KNOW that I am making sound decisions and if they do end up turning out to be wrong, I am protected with my use of stops. We cannot foresee every little thing, but we can take precautions to limit our risk, thus preserving our capital. You can't make a living in this business without capital. Therefore, you should guard it with everything you have and only make sound decisions based off proven facts/methods.
On the chart I have a few boxes. These are pretty self-explanatory as they are "normal" end points in a 5-wave structure. I expect wave 3 to subdivide even further into another 5 sub-waves. As I would hope and expect everyone to know, markets don't move in only one direction. They have ups and downs all the time, and it is important to track every one of them if you are to know what is coming next.
I didn't expect this wave 2 to pull back so far but as I said in my updates it does not invalidate anything. Until we have a breach of $166.79 this count stands. That being said if you look at the MACD, it is starting to slowly rise again hinting an increase in price is coming. According to the rules/characteristics of EWT, this next wave should be the strongest in this 5-wave structure. It should also present with the highest reading on the MACD out of the 5 waves.
Mondays are typically green more times than not, we came 0.12 cents away from the 1.0 of what I am calling our micro a-b within wave 2, MACD is reset and ready for another push higher, the S&P is already in the middle of a retrace, and just the simple fact that Tesla has been doing everything according to my count's rules tell us price is set to rise.
In the off chance it does continue down, that means I am either off by a degree or missed something entirely. However, I stand by the points stated above. Hopefully, this ((B)) wave will be done by the end of next week and we can collect these profits and position ourselves for entering at the bottom of wave ((C)) of ((2)). The jump from there...let's just say it isn't a train I would want to miss...it's also not one I want to be too early for either...

This count invalidates at $166.69. So far we came .04 cents from it but did not breach it yet. I want to see this thing get impulsive soon though
