What's the bullish catalyst for another ATH? SPY

My chart shows volume and price action. These actions are similar to what happened at the last all time high, where there wasn't enough momentum as well as poor macro-economic conditions. To me, it seems technical levels are more important than fundamentals. It seems short term technical levels play out regardless of the fundamental state. Many times these levels coincide with a Fed speech or PCE/PCI data release. The recent bull run after Fed Chair Powell's speech is a great example. I want to believe the bullish thesis just like everyone else, but I don't think it plays out here, I hope I'm wrong : )
