SPX/ Correction then Descending
Stock futures were little changed Wednesday night as investors absorbed a new, sobering reality for financial markets. Trading was volatile after the regular session’s panic surrounding the Federal Reserve’s revised outlook for interest rates next year.
Generally, the direction is a downtrend
Uptrend Side: The price is currently attempting to recover some of the losses incurred last night. A breakout and sustained trading above 5938 would support the price in reaching the next level at 5985.
Downtrend Side: However, the bearish sentiment still maintains control over the direction. As long as the price trades below 5938, the bearish trend is likely to continue, targeting 5871, and further down to 5798.
