Outside Bar and trading channel in focus
SPX is under pressure today as FOMC is approaching.
The Outside Bar that I mentioned in my weekly newsletter isn't triggered yet, but a close below the channel's top can be considered as a preliminary bearish signal.
The top of the channel acts as support right now and prevents the price from generating a false breakout scenario.
Monitor these two patterns towards testimony tomorrow and FOMC on Wednesday.
