I'll admit, I love almost everything about this price action. Everything speaks of strength.
At first glance, It looks like a beautiful setup, Doesn't it?
Now this is why you don't 'INVEST' in a company before looking into its financials.
- Comparing FY 2020 to FY 2023,
a. The sales grew by a total of 10 Cr.
b. Trade payables piled up from 3.5 Cr. to 33 Cr.
c. Fixed Assets reduced from 11 Cr. to 9 Cr.
d. Trade receivables 27 Cr. to a whopping 125 Cr.
e. Investments and C&CE are down
There was no need for me to do any further drill down.
- The technical chart has a beautiful setup, But the fundamentals may be on a different storyline.
