PFSI: Wychofian Re-Accumuluation
On the back of rising financials this looks like the Phase D of the Wychkoffian Accumulation. I am looking for a consolidation at the resistance before a take off.
Fundamentally this makes sense on the backs off rising rates and financial sector build up.
