If BankNifty doesn't catch up then its high probability that Nifty should fail to make a new high on closing basis

Nifty is making new highs but BankNifty still not making new high ... what is this tell us, is Nifty growing weaker day by day?

Nifty PC ratio is at 1.394 and today lot of 9700 puts were written, further there is no real capping of Calls on the upside, so in the light of this info tomorrow BankNifty should go up rapidly.
