US 100 Index versus DJI bounce or a market turn around?
Checklist:
1. Both ascending triangle
2. RSI has been oversold (1 week)
3. Jim Cramer inverse ETF has been oversold : )
4. high highs lower highs
5. Descending DXY
6. Retail no longer trust hedge funds publications that retail needs to capitulate is when the market will rebound
Conditions:
1. Clues from earnings and economist 12 month projections (wsj.com/articles/global-stocks-markets-dow-update-07-19-2022-11658216206?mod=hp_lead_pos2)
2. As of 7/18/22 later market hours stock retreated after a morning bull
3. As of 7/19/22 morning bull, but maybe a mid-day retreat (profiting)
4. Institutions has been selling while retail has been holding and buying recently.
Conclusion:
1. Possible turn around in the market as long as retail maintains its stance and continue to make bullish place. This will in turn force institution to play the market rallying overall market bulls.
