TA Wise: We see a trend line forming alongside a very bumpy ride. Stochastic RSI has reset and BBWP remains elevated. A strong pullback to the golden pocket has occurred with a huge bounce as buyers stepped in to maintain the trend.
This stock has garnered attention lately with the NVDA partnership. A great think was the GAP that was created on the china Fud. This currently cash flowing company is diverse. Their largest revenue comes from cloud as a service which requires expensive GPUs. These GPUs will become commoditized over time, the market has not priced this in. They have over 2 billion in cash, and have a plan to utilize and grow their partnership with NVDA. This company also dabbles in robotics, education, and taxis.
My plan is to replace TSLL with this stock, bother are risky. I will begin wheeling this one since the IV is so high (thanks volatile market).
I will sell close to ATM puts to start a position as well as buy shares.
