All hope seems lost for the bulls.
The NASDAQ makes one low after the next, the bulls resign.
This capitulation is what the market needs to turn around and make new highs.
Please keep in mind that this is a setup for a position trade.
On shorter time units, there may be other setups with better CRVs.
The basic message of my analysis is that the NASDAQ will not fall significantly below the 14,200 area. Rather, from now on, the price can be expected to head for new highs in the range of 16,100 to 16,130 points at any time.
