Begin Accumulating if You Have Not Done so Yet in my Opinion.
Looks like we should see a reversal to significant upward pressure by mid to late September. It's looking more like mid September at the moment. The 30-MA in the 12-Day and 2-Week time frames is acting as support. Which is why I've said NOW is not a bad time to begin accumulating. So what if we have wicks go just below the 30-MA. I still expect most of the candles in the 12-Day and 2-Week TF's to CLOSE at or above the 30-MA.
