GBP/USD Back Above 1.4000?
Looking at the 1H chart, GBP/USD rallied from 1.3717 to 1.4000 in an impulsive manner but couldn't break the 1.4000 psychological level. Since the move towards 1.4000 was very impulsive, we can consider it as wave 3. GBP/USD rejected the 1.4000 and went back down with a small ABC correction inside a descending formation towards the 38.2% Fibonacci Retracement level (1.3884), and rejecting the 1.3884 with a beautiful wick might be the end of the correction and the start of a new impulsive wave 5 above the 1.4000 level.
Breaking this descending formation will push GBP/USD with wave 5 towards the 61.8% Fibonacci Extension as our first target (1.4066), and if managed to break it, we can see GBP/USD reaching the 100% Fibonacci Extension level (1.41443).
