Volume is decreasing a lot on the daily timeframe which does not reflect price movements
Also price is testing May ATH and a resistance trendline, so I believe that there is liquidity above the arrow and once price touched this area, it will bounce.
BoC Interest rate decision is in 20min and I expect CAD to gain strength, but I could be wrong, it does not matter.
