Can the EUR/USD maintain its upward trajectory, breaking above 1.13 and move towards 1.14?

I believe that the news event might have muted activity (as the UK will be conducting their election on the same day)
However, if EUR/USD closes above 1.13, we could see a regenerated euro gaining further against the USD.
