ETHUSDT needs more Long positions?

The price is testing the daily resistance at 1800$ area where the market has the 0.618 Fibonacci level.
The market had a breakout from the 4h resistance and retest it as new support.

How to approach it?
the price could grab a new long position on the Fibonacci levels in order to try a new breakout from the 1800$ area, see if the price is going to lose the support, and retest it as new resistance we could see a local retracement on 0.5 or 0.618 Fibonacci level
