ETH 4 hour Inside Bar Bear Break

ETH along with the other BIG 3 are now consolidating on the daily after breaking the 4 hour higher low.
This was helped with some Binance/Japan FUD.
We will need to see a daily higher low form sometime in the next two days to keep the bulls healthy and in control of the bounce.
Still much weaker on the daily with oversold RSI still in play, ETH has notably been the weakest link with brief moments of strength.
We will need to see an hourly higher low and higher high before we begin to consider where the daily higher low may be.
Bulls are very patient here trying to get in on the daily higher low.
