[Idea Long] EQIX and REITs

As we face a possible recession, lower interest rates, and future QE, real estate sounds like a good investment.

Indeed, as the stock market sells off we see this technology REIT, EQIX, poking at new highs in an ascending triangle. I've been watching this hoping for a pullback, but it hasn't really come. In hindsight, this REIT and others have performed amazing as interest rates fell.

I will patiently wait for an entry. Maybe it comes when the stock market looks like it's collapsing.
