USD INDX - maybe a buy, but question is 80,45-80,50

I have a feeling that USD indx might become bullish again, but to have a better risk-reward, I would rather buy it in a dip ard 79,90 - 80,00 levels, since the upside is a big question. 80,45 - 80,50 seem to be a strong resistence, based on daily chart. It can also trick us with further sideaway move, so not really starting a good trend (same as EURUSD).
Looking a 4 Hrs, it is a consolidation now with false break attempts on both sides: Ichimoku components getting mixed, ADX is very low, and Slow Stoch is very high, which means if it consolidates further, there's a chance of a pull back from here to 79,90 again. Strategy: Rather small buying on dips, with stops below 79,75, until it really breaks out in any direction. Watch px action on back of EURUSD after Draghi comments tomorrow!
